The Mouse that Sought Friendship

A lonesome mouse wants to have friends, but she constantly judges the appearance of helpful critters that cross her path. At last, and just in time, she realizes the importance of actions over looks. The author skilfully selects (animal) characters whose willingness to help others clashes with their unpleasant appearance. The story, fortunately, has a happy ending, but that does not lessen its relevance.
The picture book also contains translations into Albanian, English, Bosnian and Macedonian, making its message universal and its topic intercultural.
