Anka Kočevar

Anka Kočevar (1982) is an academic painter who illustrates children’s books and texts for the Ciciban, Cicido and Galeb magazines. She explores various directions of her artistic expression, which may result in dramatic, realistic drawings, or in more flat, humorous, and lyrical images, created in the collage technique. In addition to illustrations, Anka also works on animated film projects. She often exhibits her works independently and as part of group exhibitions. For the last few years, she has been working in a studio at AKC Metelkova mesto.
