A humorous, upbeat, bitter-sweet extract from the life of a cheeky girl by the name of Nika, set in the time of lockdowns, when we were limited to socialising within the family and forced to study and work remotely.

Nika, the protagonist of the books Who’s in Charge Today and The Notebook and the Schmotebook, is slightly older now, but that’s not the only change we’re witness to. The school has moved from the classroom to the computer screen. Nika has no real friends. No one even comes to her birthday (except her family, of course). On the upside, Nika gets a dog, and she becomes a skilled creator of advertisements, public announcements, and commercials.
